Overall experience from order to delivery was excellent.
This shelf bracket was perfect for the job, very strong and just the look we were after. I did use thicker screws just to ensure it was securely fitted to the wall due to the weight of the boards and the books going on the shelves. Excellent service from the Scaff Shop, would highly recommend.

The samples of both new kiln dried and reclaimed boards, plain and oiled, are beautifully sanded and finished. A much higher standard than we managed with the local scaffold boards we purchased, sanded and oiled ourselves while waiting the 2 weeks for these samples to arrive!Then the delivery person left the cardboard box outside in the rain, meaning we can only guess how pristine they would have been before they got completely water logged.

We were bracing a patio umbrella and we got a Scaff pole and some clamps. I had ordered the wrong diameter of pole but the staff noticed and checked in with me. Great service.

I recently ordered a couple of shelves from the Scaff Shop but when they arrived they weren't quite the colour I'd expected. I sent a quick email and Jake responded the next day with an offer to send out some bottles of oil. He explained that, as I'd gone for machine sanded the colour may well appear lighter than the images on their web site. I've just applied the oil and the shelves now look great. Thanks Jake and team!

Really pleased with the quality and service from The Scaff Shop. It's great to be able to support a local business whilst being sustainable. We went into their display room (which is really cool and worth a visit, I think this should be advertised more!) and asked if we could order a shelf kit but change the bracket colour which was no hassle. Turn around was quick and everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. The only slight issue we had (hence 4 stars) is that one of our shelves came out significantly darker than the sample board. We understand there will be natural variation but didn't expect it to be this much. Regardless, we would still order again!

I can't review the item as I still haven't got it yet, three weeks after ordering. The staff are great, taking great pains with checking my order but I presume it's Evri **** around with the delivery. I keep tracking my delivery but it just says it's with Evri.
