We deliver across the entire UK from our workshop in Frome, Somerset. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2-7 working days, depending on order size and customization requirements. Free shipping on orders over £199.99. For smaller orders, shipping starts at £4.99, calculated at checkout. Delivery usually takes 2-7 working days (Mon-Fri). Courier Shipping Nationwide

We ship across the UK using next day couriers.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. To see an estimate for shipping, please add the required items to your basket, view your basket, then click "Get shipping estimates". You are also welcome to collect from our Frome (Somerset) shop for no charge, this option is available at checkout.
We use proper couriers in vans, not our founder on a motorbike.

Definitely! We offer custom cutting services for £1 per foot/30cm to ensure your planters fit perfectly in your space. Whether you need specific lengths for raised beds or particular widths for balcony planters, just let us know your requirements when ordering.

Yes, our scaffold boards are perfect for this, we finish these in a uv and food safe treatment For extra peace of mind when growing edibles. We also line the planters to help protect the timber from wet soil, luckily the scaffold boards are nice and thick which will help preserve for a lifetime.

While our boards are naturally durable, we offer several finishing options: un-sanded (raw authentic look), hand sanded with our finishes which are treated for added uv protection. For garden use, a light sanding and Danish Oil treatment once a year will help protect against moisture and sun damage, while maintaining the rustic character
