How to Calculate What You Need
For Shelving:
- Measure your space (length needed)
- Add 10% for cuts and wastage (or we can cut to your measurements)
- Choose depth: 225mm for standard, 100mm for narrow spaces or 300mm for wider
For Table Tops:
- Decide final dimensions (e.g., 180mm x 900mm)
- Divide width by board width (e.g., 900mm ÷ 225mm = 4 boards)
- Add one extra board for cuts and mistakes
For Cladding:
- Measure wall area in m²
- Multiply by 10 (for 100mm boards) or by 4.5 (for 225mm boards)
- Add 15% for cuts and wastage
