Reclaimed "Narrow" Scaffold Board - All lengths - 100mm width - SANDED

- Narrow: These boards are ripped to a narrower width of 100mm as opposed to the standard width of 225mm
- Sanded: Either hand or machine sanded (choose above)
We've taken our standard scaffold board, and "ripped" it down to a width of 100mm. This makes it ideal for cladding as the narrower width means that they are not only easier to handle and fix in position, but also to create a particular effect or layout. The two long sides have both been sawn to size and this will make those edges more regular and uniform than they would otherwise be.
The Skinny Scaffold Board. These boards are also great for furniture and tables, as the slimmer width is more suited to certain designs, so these will be perfect for makers and carpenters alike.
If our boards could speak, they could each tell a different story. Instead of words, they show this through their knocks and dents, their scratches and scrapes, all of which add to their charm and make it so that no board is the same as another.
Remember - it's these imperfections that make them perfect!

We do not charge any extra to cut a board to a particular length. To make use of this service please add to your basket the next larger size of board to the size you require, for example if you would like a 55cm length board and an 82cm length board please add one 60cm board and one 90cm board.
We do charge for rip cuts to a particular width, at £1 per foot (30cm). For example, to rip a 300cm (10ft) board from 225mm wide to 180mm width, the cost would be £10 for this service. You can add this to your order by adding the Rip Cut product below - you will initially only be able to add 1 at £1, but when you go to your basket you can adjust the quantity accordingly (in the above example you would change the quantity to 10). Don't worry - if you choose too many or too few then we can always edit the order for you and credit/invoice for the balance.
You can then let us know the custom sizes you require at the basket stage. When you view your basket you should see an option to "Add instructions for seller" - please click on this and specify the required sizes. We'll see this note on your order and cut accordingly.

We ship across the UK using next day couriers.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. To see an estimate for shipping, please add the required items to your basket, view your basket, then click "Get shipping estimates". You are also welcome to collect from our Frome (Somerset) shop for no charge, this option is available at checkout.
We use proper couriers in vans, not our founder on a motorbike.

Well, from the moment I found this company and placed my order, the service I received was excellent. I wanted custom lengths and couldn’t find where to add this as part of the order, so I dropped them an email, to which I received a ‘no problem’ response the next morning (I placed my order out of business hours). I quickly received a notification of dispatch and within a few days my order arrived. Minimal packaging, which for me ordering un-sanded boards was ideal (very sustainable). The products themselves were exactly as ordered; I wanted to sand the boards myself (feels as though I’ve done some real work then) 😊 so ordered un-sanded boards, which came up a treat. I then dyed them using some wood dye and with the help of my partner, created my vision, which was an area in my living room for the 2 dog crates, but with a solid top for me to display my numerous house plants. I’ve added some lights and am super happy with the result. I wish I had more projects that required scaffold boards, as I’d 100% use this company again. I order 3 boards as shelves for my home office. They came in the time scale quoted on the website, and are very good quality. We are thinking if getting some more for our lounge. Top product.
