A positive year for The Scaff Shop
This year has been a really great year for us - it's been our first full year in our new premises, we've expanded our product range both within our existing product categories as well as in to some completely new ones (see below!), and we're finishing the year with some exciting projects planned for 2023...
At times, the growth in interest from our customers has caught us a bit by surprise, and we have had to really pull out all of the stops here to make sure we keep fulfilment of orders to a reasonable timeframe, but it's a challenge that we always enjoy!
New premises
As mentioned above, this is one of the biggest differences for us this year. For our customers, it is perhaps more of interest if you live locally, however we have had customers visit us from several hours away so perhaps not! For all our customers, local or not, please do feel free to visit us at Wallbridge Mills in Frome, Somerset. We now have a dedicated showroom which we are continually improving and adding to so that we can showcase our full range of products to you when you visit.
You are also welcome to collect orders too, which for many of our customers is much more convenient than waiting in for delivery, as well as being cost saving too. To do this you just need to choose the collection option when checking out, and we'll then be in touch as soon as your order is ready. Access here is really good and you can park up right by our warehouse doors, making it very easy to load your goods in to your vehicle.
Product range expansion
We started the year with some really popular expansions within our existing range of products. These include our range of Cladding options, where we turn our scaffold boards and pallet wood in to a variety of different products ideal for both internal and external cladding. We also added our incredibly popular Jointed Boards, which are basically just two boards joined together, but the extra width this allows gives a whole range of new options in terms of shelving, work tops and more.
Later in the year we've been able to bring in some completely new product ranges, including our Scaffold Tubes and Tube Clamps, which together are a winning combo, allowing our customers to build up frames and structures in almost any shape, size, or design imaginable.
Looking forward to 2023
We're super excited for 2023. We are already planning some big things, so keep an eye out here on our News section to be the first to know. But most importantly, we plan to carry on doing what we already do - making sure to maintain and improve on the same high standards of product quality and customer care that we strive for every day.
